# Momentum Group

> Momentum is a Sydney technology consultancy that designs, builds and migrates websites, apps and AI systems using Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding tool) — fast to build, cheap to run, and easy for your own team to amend with AI.

## About
Momentum Group is a Sydney-based (Cronulla, Sutherland Shire) consultancy founded in 2020 by Will Ericksson. It delivered 50+ projects as one of the world's leading Bubble.io agencies — including a seat on the Bubble certification committee — before pivoting its practice to AI-native development with Claude Code. It serves startups, SMEs and for-purpose organisations across Sydney and Australia.

## What we do
- **Build** — websites (Astro/Netlify, near-zero running cost), web apps, integrations and AI systems, engineered with Claude Code: https://momentumgroup.tech/build-with-ai-sydney
- **Grow** — SEO, GEO/LLMO (visibility inside AI assistants), AI content engines with human editorial control, marketing automation: https://momentumgroup.tech/grow-with-ai-sydney
- **Accelerate** — AI executive assistants, AI managers and automated operations inside client businesses: https://momentumgroup.tech/accelerate-with-ai-sydney

## Why clients choose Momentum
- AI-native delivery: work that took traditional agencies ~1,000 hours routinely takes ~50.
- No lock-in: clients own their code (GitHub), their accounts and their content.
- SEO-safe migrations, proven: a recent WordPress→Astro charity migration carried full search equity — organic clicks grew from 9 to 149/month immediately post-cutover.
- Websites that are free to run: Netlify free-tier hosting; the only ongoing cost is the domain.
