Who is the training for?

Development teams adopting Claude Code, technical founders, agencies, and capable non-developers who want to build. We tailor the depth and pace to the group, whether they're seasoned engineers or smart generalists.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not necessarily. Claude Code rewards clear thinking as much as coding ability. We run sessions for experienced developers and for non-technical teams who want to build and automate — pitched appropriately for each.

What format is the training?

Flexible — half-day or full-day workshops, ongoing 1:1 mentoring, or a structured onboarding for a whole team. We can deliver on-site in Sydney or remotely, and we'll shape a curriculum around your goals.

Is the training hands-on?

Yes. Wherever possible your team works on your own projects and codebase during the session, so the skills transfer immediately to real work rather than staying theoretical.

Is this available outside Sydney?

Yes. We're Sydney-based and run on-site training across the city, but we also deliver remote training for teams anywhere in Australia.
