FashionLinc
Facilitating connections between brands and wholesalers.
The challenge
Fashion wholesale still runs on trade fairs, spreadsheets and cold outreach. FashionLinc set out to digitise the connection between brands and wholesale buyers — which meant building a genuine two-sided platform: profiles, discovery, connection workflows and admin tooling, all of it needing to work before either side would commit.
What we did
Product thinking before pixels
We worked through the marketplace's real dynamics — who joins first, what makes a profile credible, where the friction lives — and scoped an MVP that could prove the model without boiling the ocean.
A platform, shipped in weeks
Momentum designed and built the full platform — brand and wholesaler onboarding, rich profiles, discovery and connection flows, and an admin layer for the FashionLinc team to curate quality.
Built to evolve
Marketplaces live or die on iteration speed. The build prioritised being cheap and fast to change, so the product could follow what real users did rather than what anyone predicted.
The work covered
Product strategy, UX design, full-stack app development, admin tooling, hosting and analytics.
The outcome
FashionLinc launched as a working marketplace connecting brands and wholesalers, with the connection and discovery flows proving out the core model — and a platform its team can keep evolving as the network grows.
