Don't take an expensive coding or UX bootcamp... do this instead.

Taking a coding or UX (User Experience) design boot camp seems like a great way to transition into a career into tech.
Something is attractive about: Stopping what you are doingTaking 4-6 months out of normal lifeGoing through an intensive program to learn a skill with a group of likeminded peopleGo 100% in on a new skill that could launch a new career. I seriously considered this option several times in the last decade. I don’t doubt that these programs are valuable.
But like everything, there is a time cost and a financial cost.
*“If only I’d seen this content, I wouldn’t have spent $30,000 on a 6-month UX Bootcamp” - one of our Momentum instructors. *
A coding or UX bootcamp is a full time exercise that doesn’t necessarily give you a saleable skill at the end of the process.
The lesson? Start your career change with Momentum’s Bubble Intensive program, and learn everything you need to build apps end-to-end in the shortest time possible.
Where this story went
We spent five years mastering Bubble. Now we build with AI.
Momentum was one of the world's leading Bubble.io agencies — that's why we wrote this article. These days we build and migrate the same kinds of products with Claude Code: real, portable code your own team can amend with AI. If you're weighing up a move off Bubble (or any platform), we've made the journey ourselves.
