Build an AI executive assistant

Email triage, scheduling, status digests, follow-ups — an assistant built on Claude that works your systems, your way, under your control.

Built on Claude

An AI executive assistant is Claude wired into your actual working systems — email, calendar, documents, files — with the judgement to triage, draft, summarise and chase so you don't have to. We don't sell this from a slide deck: we run one on our own business every day, and we build the same capability for founders and small teams who want their week back.

Why Momentum

Built by people who actually use one

Most AI assistant pitches are demos. Ours is a working system: our own operation runs on an assistant built this way — it reads the inbox, watches the calendar, assembles a morning status digest and drafts the follow-ups, with a human approving anything outward-facing. That last part is the design principle we build into every engagement: the AI drafts, you approve. You get leverage without handing over the keys.

How we keep it safe

  • Outward actions need your explicit OK
  • Your accounts, your data, your control
  • Auditable — every action logged
  • Starts small, earns trust, expands

FAQ

Common questions

What can an AI executive assistant actually do?

Triage your inbox, draft replies in your voice, manage and prepare you for meetings, chase follow-ups, assemble status digests across email, calendar and documents, and keep recurring admin moving. It works your real systems rather than living in a separate app.

Is it safe to give AI access to my email?

It's safe when designed properly: the assistant works under your accounts with scoped access, anything outward-facing (sending, sharing) requires your explicit approval, and every action is logged. We build with a draft-first principle — the AI prepares, you decide.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those are chat tools you visit. An executive assistant is wired into your systems and works proactively — it knows your inbox state, your calendar and your open loops, and brings you a prioritised picture instead of waiting to be asked.

What does it run on?

Claude — Anthropic's models — connected to your Google or Microsoft workspace and the tools you already use. You own the configuration; there's no proprietary platform between you and your assistant.

How long does it take to set up?

A useful first version — inbox triage plus a daily digest — typically lands within a couple of weeks. From there it expands capability by capability, each one proving itself before the next is added.
