What is an AI-built website?
A conventionally-coded website (typically on a modern framework like Astro) that's written and maintained with AI coding tools like Claude Code. It's not a template or a website builder — it's real code you own, produced at a speed and cost that used to be impossible.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I migrate?
Not if it's done properly. We map every existing URL to its new home, set up 301 redirects, test them before launch and stage the cutover so nothing goes dark. On a recent charity migration, organic clicks grew from 9 to 149 a month immediately after the move.
What does an AI-built website cost to run?
Usually just the domain name. Hosting on Netlify's free tier serves most business sites comfortably, and there are no platform subscriptions. Compare that with $30–90+ a month on managed builders, plus invoices for every change.
Can my team really edit the site themselves?
Yes — two ways. Everyday content (copy, hours, posts) is editable through a simple CMS. Structural changes are made by asking an AI against your repository, which we train your team to do. You choose how much you keep in-house versus send to us.
How long does a migration take?
A typical marketing-site migration runs two to six weeks depending on size, including the content audit, rebuild, redirect map and staged cutover. Because we build with Claude Code, the rebuild itself is the fast part.
